Baoji Ziband Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech private enterprise with the rights of import and export, specialized in the development, manufacture and technical service of oil equipment and components. Our company was established in March, 2006, with registered capital of 10 million Yuan. Ziband is a jointly-run company corporately invested in by Baoji Diran Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Baoji Huayou Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. Our company is a professional enterprise of developing and producing drilling rigs and corollary equipment. Our company possesses an office building (Ziband Building) of 4,500 square meters and a 30,000 square meter production site.

Our company consists of Administrative Department, Marketing Department, International Department, Quality Control Department, Technology Department and Finance Department. We have more than 200 employees. The ratio of graduates from technical schools and junior colleges is above 40%. Ziband also possesses four workshops and one test well field, with all kinds of equipment and detection devices, with which the spare parts can be manufactured. In order to extend the scale and promote productivity, our company will build a new factory of 126mu on Baoji 12 High-Tech Road this year.

Ziband has a strong technical force to design new products, and mainly designs and manufactures a series of rigs driven by AC, numerical control AC frequency, DC, E-M compound, mechanical & hydraulic motors and auxiliary products. The products are used for exploring water wells, gas wells and oil wells. All the products are designed under the standards of API, GB, SY and HSE to meet the needs of international markets. The production quality management system follows ISO9001:2000 standard. Our company has developed 1000m-7000m mechanical rigs, 2000m-7000m DC electric drilling rigs and 1500m-7000m AC frequency drilling rigs.

Ziband has independently produced drilling rigs of ZJ30/1700J, ZJ40/2250J, ZJ40/2250LDB, ZJ40/2250L, ZJ50/3150LDB, ZJ503150L, ZJ70/4500LDB and other types. All have been sold to Kazakhstan, Syria, Jordan, Kuwait, Daqing Oilfield, Jianghan Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Jilin Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield and Shanbei Region. Our company has provided a one-stop service system of scientific research, manufacturing, product testing, technical training and after-sale service. Meanwhile, our company has established extensive business relationships with Petroleum University, Southwest Oil Institute, Xi'an Petroleum Institute, Jianghan Petroleum Machinery Institute and Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Institute. Our company also has long-term stable cooperative companies in Baoji, Xi'an, Beijing and Shanghai.

Ziband will primarily try to produce 5000m and 7000m drill rigs in the next 3 to 5 years. On the basis of consummating 3000m-7000m land rigs, our company will bring in sophisticated technology and key equipment to research and develop 9000m DC drive land rigs and marine rigs.
